The Pregnancy Altern-atives Center has found a temporary site to operate from after its building at 126 Vine St. Currently the building's roof is being replaced and workers hope to have most of the necessary repairs made before winter fully sets in, said executive director Debbie Tracy. The FBI has raised its reward from $5,000 to $10,000 for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for the arson. read more
