Sana Ali, 17, was found dead with 42 knife wounds to her body in her bedroom in Bury, Greater Manchester. Manchester Crown Court was told how Ms Sanghera, who denies murder, killed Mrs Ali out of “jealousy and desperation”. The court heard the defendant, known as Mindy, travelled from her home up to the house her lover shared with his wife in Bury, Greater Manchester, on 11 May this year.
